6.5 US gallon glass carboy or 23 litres. This is the standard carboy used to make our wine and beer kits. When filled to the base of the neck, these carboys hold 23.5L which is approximately 31 bottles (750mL). We recommend leaving some space at the top if you don’t want to water down your fermentation and want to produce exactly 30 bottles.
Made in Italy.
Used a few times only. We’ve deep cleaned these and they look like new.
