We prepare the grape juices for you to stir and add yeast and it’s done.
Total time …about 10 minutes and no appointment is necessary
Wait 5 or 6 weeks depending on the wine you have selected.
Call the Shoppe to arrange a bottling appointment.
Prepare your bottles and bring them in
Washing, Santitizing, Filling, Corking, Shrinking and Labeling takes about 40 minutes.
And you’re done…ready to take your wine home for aging in a cool dark place.
