Full-bodied and dry, this classic Italian blend exudes aromas of farm fresh raspberries supported by subtle hints of vanilla and earhy tones. Fermentatiion on untoasted American Oak shavings and proprietary Winery Grape Skins adds intense tannins to round out the concentrated nose of blackberries and black pepper.
