This blend brings together two French varietals that combine beautifully and compliment each other well.
Chardonnay brings apple notes and flavours of tropical fruit and a hint of vanilla, while Semillon adds a touch of honey, butterscotch and fresh pears. Dry and medium-bodied, you will enjoy this wine on its own or with sharp cheeses. Ages nicely too!
This Californian wine comes to us from Mosti Mondiale, a Quebec-based importer of premium international grape juices, since 1989. If you have made wine at a Vintner’s Cellar store prior to their closing, you will find this Gold Medal Series to be identical to the Gold Medallion wines you were making. Mosti Mondiale makes both lines!
