Grapes left on the vine after the usual harvest date, concentrate and mature to create more complex and deeper flavours.
Our Late Harvest Riesling flaunts an intensely fruity bouquet laced with peach, pear and green apple flavours. A honeyed character is married with a fresh acidity, serving up a luscious treat on its own, but also excellent with sharp cheeses.
This wine can be made completely dry (0 g/L sugar) or as is, at 10g/L. Just ask in the comments section of your order!
