This smooth, medium-bodied Merlot is a popular red, with a bouquet of cherries, raspberries and currants. A hint of toasted oak on the finish. An easy-drinking wine with lower tannins than most red wines.
This Italian wine comes to us from Mosti Mondiale, a Quebec-based importer of premium international grape juices, since 1989. If you have made wine at a Vintner’s Cellar store prior to their closing, you will find this Gold Medal Series to be identical to the Gold Medallion wines you were making. Mosti Mondiale makes both lines!
